Unbelievable Service

I needed the KG 36 by a Saturday for a birthday gift. I contacted Jill to see if that was possible and Jill told me it was doable. In fact, Jill said that they would start making the product the next morning before I even put an order in. I put my order in Tuesday morning and let Jill know. The KG 36 arrived Wednesday morning. Unbelievable service! The quality of the product is outstanding as well.
