Immediately after you complete your purchase at Golf Club Racks your order is sent to our production facility, manufactured and packaged with great care and generally shipped within 7 to 14 business days. Please allow more time if you are ordering multiple items.
Shipping is NOT included in the price of all catalog listed prices. Shipping options and prices will be displayed upon checkout. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made-to-order with the best materials and our special woodworking technologies insures quality workmanship.
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
In most cases we will exchange an item for a different color. However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping fees that will occur.
To return your items:
Contact us at: Golf Club Racks to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return. Send the package to:
